There have been many strange, scary and needed things happening in the United States right now. Everything, everyone deserves the time for their voice to be heard. This year started out with the coronavirus COVID-19. This pandemic is still virulent and destructive in everyone's life right now. It doesn't matter if you are 'white', 'black' or 'transgender' the world, nature itself, is out to get everyone equally.
Why then, do we still have hate/war crimes happening all over the nation? Black lives matter. Transgender lives matter. Privileged lives matter. All you have to do is look at any portion of the news from the last 6 months to know that some do not believe these statements. We are all part of one human race but our history has been written with the blood of innocent people who have been treated unfairly, less than dirt.
I want to challenge everyone to try and see the world from other viewpoints. Yes. I am changing my physical body to align with who I am. Does this mean that I do not deserve basic HUMAN rights? There have been some wins and losses for transgender individuals over the last couple months. There is to be no workplace discrimination based on Gender Identity thanks to the supreme court. On the other hand, there is 'president' Trump who is doing his best to take away our access to healthcare. I know we will persevere. We are HUMAN so stop treating is like the earth you walk on.
I CHALLENGE EVERYONE
Look around. People exist in every walk of life that hurt and are attacked. Stand up for them and join the ethical, moral, fight for basic freedoms and human rights. No one is made of dirt so don't treat them like they are.
